- AI in sales → Which AI tools (deal insights, email automation, forecasting assistants) can realistically save time and increase output?
- Playbooks & enablement → Do we have clear training, templates, and sales frameworks (MEDDIC, Challenger) to onboard and ramp new reps faster?

## Partners & Channels

Core question: 'Who can we team up with to extend reach and complete our offering?'
- Partner strategy basics → What is our ideal partner profile (consulting firms, resellers, ISVs)?
